Owner/Operator
Robert Lawrence is one of the owners and founders of L&M Lawncare, LLC. He was born and raised in Springfield, MO but has lived in Republic since 2016. He graduated in 2004 from Central High School. He is married with 3 children who attend Republic schools. Robert started his career in lawn care as a landscape engineer at Mercy Hospital Springfield staring in 2004. He brings 16 years of experience to the company.
Jayson Mahy
Owner/Operator
Jayson Mahy was raised in Springfield, MO. He is a father to 4 children. Jayson brings 6 years of experience to the company.
Lacie Lawrence
Office Manager
Lacie Lawrence was born and raised in Republic, MO and is excited to be back and raising her kids in the Republic School District. Lacie brings 6 years of office experience to the company. She handles a lot of the back office needs such as filing taxes and organizing paperwork.
